Members of the A-Team serve new UMBC Students in a variety of ways including teaching FYE courses, providing advice and support, and helping with academics throughout the year. In each of these roles, students not only enhance their own leadership skills, but make a difference in the lives of new students.
If this sound exciting to you - we encourage you to apply ASAP! We are looking for applicants from all backgrounds, majors, and interests! Your academic performance suggests that you are an exceptional member of the UMBC community and that you would be an excellent candidate for the A-Team.
