Just checked the weather--Saturday will be 85 degrees and sunny! Join us!
Linda Snyder of the Baltimore Heritage Foundation will be giving us a private, 90-minute tour of the historic Mt. Vernon area, from 10:00-11:30. From then until departure, you can have lunch at Mt. Vernon marketplace (which has a LOT of awesome food choices), visit the Walters Art Museum, or just take a stroll!
If you would like to stay in Baltimore a bit longer, we can suggest some things to do and tell you how to take public transportation back to campus. (If anyone is interested in staying, Dr. Oakes will be happy to take folks through the Walters Asian art sections...:-)
