Yoga is a huge stress reliever, and a great way to take a break without going to the RAC or stepping too far away from your work. Join us and Mel Freeman, a certified yoga instructor who will help you relax, re-energize, and re-focus so you can rock the rest of your week! This is the second of Mel's classes with the Honors College, which will be running every week throughout the spring semester (alternating Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons).
The class will focus on stretching, breathing, and learning a bit about yoga and the way that you can use yoga as a tool in your everyday life to re-energize and destress during a busy semester.
NO experience necessary. Come in clothing you can move a little in, and bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be provided if you don't).
