Maryland Renaissance Festival

The Maryland Renaissance Festival has become the region's premier outdoor event and the second largest Renaissance Festival in the country. Since the Festival's first season as a ramshackle village in 1977, the event has matured into a large theme show with more than 1,300 participants and 280,000 guests per season.

The Honors College is sponsoring a trip to this year's RennFest during the Scottish Celebration Weekend on Saturday, September 20, 2014. Tickets are $10 for Honors College students (transportation is included) and can be purchased via the Campus Red Card in the Honors College.

Deadline for ticket purchase is Monday, September 15 at 4pm. 

Buses will depart from UMBC at the Commons Circle at 9:00 AM and return to campus by 5:00 PM.
