Did you know that coloring can reduce anxiety, stress, and help you focus?  Adult coloring books, those detailed mandala-like pages you've seen everywhere, are a huge trend for a good reason!  

Research has shown that coloring, especially mandalas, can reduce anxiety and stress.  Coloring can also help you re-focus your energy, feel refreshed for studying and class, and be a great way to spend some time with friends!  

Stop by anytime during free hour on Monday, October 16th and find out more about meditative coloring and get to experience it for yourself.  We'll have coloring books to use and take with you, and a variety of markers and pencils.
