Shabnam Parsa '19, Biology and member of the Honors College, has been named UMBC's Researcher of the Week!
With Dr. Tamra Mendelson of the Department of Biological Sciences, Shabnam has been researching how the size of female darter fish is a factor in their counterparts' mating preferences. She presented her research at last spring's URCAD and at ABRCMS last week in Indianapolis, Indiana.
