Description

Yoga is a huge stress reliever, and a great way to take a break without going to the RAC or stepping too far away from your work.  Come and meet Mel Freeman, a non-profit head turned yoga instructor who turned to yoga as a way to relieve some of the stress from his career and bring more joy to his life.  Mel's class will  help you do the same through breathing exercises and introductory yoga positions.  

The class will focus on stretching, breathing, and learning a bit about yoga and the way that you can use yoga as a tool in your everyday life to re-energize and destress during a busy semester. 

 NO experience necessary.  Come in clothing you can move a little in, and bring a mat if you have one (some will be provided).
